Homm Living Return Policy

At Homm Living, we want you to love what you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at hommliving@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, return addresses may vary depending on the product.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect due to our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Homm Living cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hommliving@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must still be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
