SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use the tracking link in that email to follow your order's journey.
Damages Homm Living is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to hold onto all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim is resolved.
